Deviled eggs have made a come back...once a staple of 1950's entertaining, now it seems every time I pick up a menu at a trendy American eatery, there is my favorite All American appetizer. I put a little minced jalapeno and a touch of horseradish in mine. This plate is a beauty to use anytime, I like to use them for oysters on the half shell as well. In excellent condition. Made by Indiana Glass, Sunburst pattern, circa 1960's. I love the bottom, and that you can see the scalloped design pattern through the top. Measures 10 in, also notice the size of the egg holders, a little larger than some which makes this plate great for oysters, clams or mussels...
