This Art Deco style shaving brush is handsome with its slim line style with badger hair.the bottom reads "set in rubber" Lord Chesterfield USA. Sterilized Badger casing model 400. I found this in our cabin we shared with my father in law who was a huge collector of razors and shaving brushes.
