Vintage cigarette case ...I am not sure of the material. I love the engraved floral pattern, very art nouveau style. The piece is very old, probably from 1920's-30's, with the elastic band on inside to hold cigarettes in place. In very vintage condition, please look at photos Measures 3 3/4 x 2 3/4
