Beautiful, silky drapery tie backs. The green is gorgeous, I can see these used with some heavy, elegant silk draperies. My favorite scene in Gone With The Wind was when Scarlett and Mammy took down those gorgeous draperies(including the corded tie back) to create a ball gown, these tie backs are worthy of such use!
