Handy smoking accessory for the pipe smoker. Wood pipe is attached. This set has such folk art style, perhaps from Germany. Notice the multi layered wood on base. Interesting and rare find. Measures 7 1/2 in long, please note, see photos, one of the little decorative dowell pieces is missing on pipe.
