The pineapple is the Southern symbol for hospitality. I love the simple, clean and stylized design of this pretty butter dish. One can never have enough butter servers, I love to make simple compound flavored butters for my guests. Simply soften your butter, mix in fresh herbs, honey, etc. roll it into a cylinder shape tube on plastic wrap, and freeze till it hardens, then serve it on this lovely dish!
