Unique souvenir letter opener and chopping block from Thailand, made of brass and perhaps rosewood handle. No one wants to hear that they have "gotten the ax" at the office or they have been "chopped"! A letter opener that could double as a stress reliever, notice the chops in the block.
The engraved side features a goddess, perhaps, Phra Mae Thorani or Mae Phosop...the other side is stamped Thailand. The opener measures 8 1/4 in long and is quite sharp. It will balance when placed correctly on the chopping block. Notice none of the pictures show it balanced correctly, I figured it out after the fact, lol! Block measures 2 1/4 in tall.
